What do I eat?

What I eat has changed from when I started this to now.  When I first started I knew that I in a sense needed to shrink my stomach.  This didn't mean being hungry all the time, but it meant knowing when I really was hungry and when I was just bored.  So when I started my meal plan was easy.  A protein bar or shake for breakfast, salad for lunch, and tons of water.  No carbonated drinks...ever. I stayed away from alcohol as much as I could, but what can I say I love to party.  So I try to drink cranberry and vodka. My usual day goes like this...

Breakfast

I usually eat half a whole wheat bagel with a little bit of cream cheese, bananas, strawberries, and blue berries.  Blue berries are a negative calorie food so I try to eat as many of them as I can :)

Snack

I try to make myself eat healthy snacks that way I don't get hungry and eat other stuff. Usally it's greek yogurt which I love!! If I do get hungy I grab a few almonds and drink water. If it's later at night I usually eat a cucumber. Anyway greek yogurt isn't very sweet and it's mostly protein, but this kinda isn't bad..
Lunch
I try to do lunch later in the afternoon like start getting it together at 3.  This is mainly because I dont want to get hungry later in the evening.  I try to do 80% veggies or salad and 20% protein.  If I have really really been craving some kind of carb this is when I eat it.  You want a taco? eat one. Just eat alot of salad too :) I eat mixed greens that pretty much look like leaves because they have almost no calories, and I mix them with baby spinach because I love it plus its negative calorie also.  I don't really use salad dressing because the fat free taste like poop and the regular has way to many calories.  I love lime juice anyway so that my best friend :) In the pic above it's taco salad which is greens mixed with chicken, pico, a few crunched tortilla chips, and a few bits of cream cheese. It was orgasmic!!
I try to eat these as much as I can instead of other foods.  Plus berries and an apple every single day :)
