Ahhh where to start? Basically...I started this whole weight loss, find myself, be healthy journey last year. If you know me personally you know I've lost a considerable amount of weight. Which means I have people going up to me constantly asking....
What's your secret? Oh, the oh so mysterious secret I must have. Like eating 27 grapefruits in between meals, or drinking 23470437 pills. What do people want the answer of the question to be? Simple. Easy. They want me to say go buy these magic beans and eat this magic food, along with their regular food of course. Without giving up anything. With little to no effort, and with out any exercise.
Well sorry to burst that bubble, but here is my secret...I stopped eating all the disgustingly delicious food that I loved and hated at the same time. I made myself workout. Is it fun? Fuck no. Well maybe a little...on the weekends. It's worked for me and that's about all I can say.
I guess I plan on posting my workouts and such even though I'm not a trainer. I'm going to post food that I think is stupid delicious even though it's healthy. I'm going to post whatever random race me and Erica decide we have to do to stay motivated. I'll probably post a bazillion pictures. I think this will help me hold myself accountable too. Cheers!
