It can happen to any of us. You skip a day, them a weekend, a week, a month. Hopefully not a whole month, but it happens. I got laid off a few weeks ago. Lay off week we went to breakfast everyday which when you work nights is more like dinner...bad idea! I gained 10 lbs back in one week. Even worse I felt like crap. When your use to eating clean and working out everyday. You realize that food you use to eat all the time kind of drags you down. Energy level goes down and you just feel kind of crappy. Anywho, after that I went on vacation for a weeks this turned into eating maybe once a day, but not a very healthy meal >.< followed up by a weekend of drinking a little too much and I was feeling pretty crappy. So what do you do when you realize you fell of the horse? You get back on!
Simple as that. Your not a failure, and even if you took a few steps back your still way ahead of where you use to be. So make a plan and stick to it! I'm starting another round of insanity today! I'm super psyched. Later.
